Winsol Engineers, a provider of EPC, operations, and consulting services, declared that it has secured a new service order from Adani Green Energy valued at more over ₹2.2 crore.
In a regulatory filing on March 29, Winsol Engineers stated that the scope of work for the establishment of seven towers of 400KV Transmission Line work near KPS-01 for PSS-03 to PSS-13 Connection at Khavda, Gujarat, included receiving materials, unloading, storing, and handling them, as well as constructing, testing, and commissioning a complete line, including civil works on a BOQ basis.
According to the corporate statement, the deal, which has a value of about ₹2,20,54,332, is anticipated to increase the company’s clientele and greatly aid in its expansion.
The business recently declared that it has obtained two further purchase orders and two additional work orders totaling about ₹2.71 crore from the Sembcorp Group for the supply of VG 64 and related services.
It stated that as a result, the orders’ total value is currently ₹11.01 crore.
For Balance of Plant (BoP) solutions in wind and solar power generation, Winsol Engineers Ltd. offers integrated engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) services. The business has operations in more than nine states nationwide.
Winsol Engineers Stock Price Trend
The small-cap stock has dropped 40% in three months, while Winsol Engineers’ share price has dropped 11% in just one month. The stock price of Winsol Engineers has decreased by almost 37% year-to-date (YTD).
Due to the SME stock being offered at a significant premium, Winsol Engineers’ shares had a spectacular stock market debut on May 14, 2024. Winsol Engineers’ shares were listed on the NSE SME for ₹365 each, which was 386% more than the share’s issue price of ₹75.
Winsol Engineers’ stock continued to rise after a successful IPO, reaching a 52-week high of ₹592.00 per share on June 18, 2024. But on March 17, 2025, the SME stock fell to a 52-week low of ₹162.00 per share due to strong selling pressure.
The stock price of Winsol Engineers is currently trading much higher than its issue price but far lower than its listing price.
Winsol Engineers’ stock fell 3.71% to ₹171.50 a share on the NSE SME on Friday.
