New Delhi, October 2025:
The Defence Auditorium in New Delhi came alive with intellectual energy and patriotic fervor as the Bhartiya Shiksha Board (BSB) hosted the launch of six remarkable books authored by Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (Retd.), Director General of the Bhartiya Shiksha Anusandhan Parishad (BSAP).
The event, attended by leading academicians, defence veterans, educationists, and thinkers, was a celebration of India’s evolving approach to learning—one that seeks to balance modern technological knowledge with the timeless moral and cultural wisdom of Bharat.

Six Books That Redefine Learning

The newly launched titles present an extraordinary range—spanning from technology and personal development to self-discipline and moral values. The books released include:
1.आत्मरक्षा विज्ञान: देश के मन की बात (Self Defence Science: The Voice of the Nation)
2.गाँव में रहकर सीखो आर्टिफ़िशियल इंटेलिजेंस (Learn Artificial Intelligence While Living in Village – Hindi Edition)
3.प्राणी जगत से सीखो सफलता के गुण (Virtues of Success from the Animal World)
4.करो तैयारी बनो सिपाही (Prepare Yourself – Become a Soldier)
5.मोबाइल और टीवी की लत कैसे छुड़ायें (How to Overcome Mobile and Television Addiction)
6.छुओ आसमान बनो महान (Touch the Sky, Become Great – Success Mantras from World Literature)
Written in lucid bilingual style, the books are designed for students, youth, and families in smaller towns and rural regions—bringing complex subjects like Artificial Intelligence and human behavior within the reach of ordinary readers.

A Mission to Democratize Knowledge

Addressing the audience, Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi described the launch as part of a larger educational renaissance underway in India:
“Education must not remain a privilege for a few—it should be an awakening for all. Through these books, we are making modern disciplines simple, affordable, and value-based so that even a child in the remotest village can dream of mastering Artificial Intelligence or understanding national security. True education must shape intellect and strengthen character.”
He emphasized that BSB and BSAP are drawing global academic attention for their bold effort to introduce an entirely new school subject—‘Self Defence Science’—under the Central Government’s national school education board. This subject integrates physical preparedness, ethical reasoning, and psychological resilience, reflecting Bharat’s ancient “shastra and shastra” balance of mind and defence.
The initiative, launched last year, has placed both BSAP and Wing Commander Dwivedi in international educational and policy discussions, signaling India’s emergence as a nation shaping original academic thought rather than importing it.

BSAP’s Vision for a Modern Bharatiya Education

Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Gaurav Pandey, Director of the Bhartiya Shiksha Anusandhan Parishad, lauded the creative vision behind the project:
“Under Wing Commander Dr. Pushkal Dwivedi’s leadership, BSAP is spearheading a transformation that the world is watching closely. The launch of these books is more than an academic milestone—it’s a cultural movement to create self-reliant, intellectually strong, and ethically anchored citizens. Our goal is to ensure that education connects technology with tradition, intellect with integrity, and learning with nationalism.”
Mr. Pandey added that the Parishad’s mission aligns with ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’, the vision of an advanced and self-reliant India, where innovation grows hand-in-hand with spiritual consciousness and social harmony.

About Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi (Retd.)

A name that resonates across both defence and education, Wing Commander (Dr.) Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi is a decorated officer of the Indian Air Force, a strategic thinker, defence researcher, author, and nationalist educator. Born in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, his intellectual roots trace back to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Arya Samaj, and Vedic scholarship.
An alumnus of Lucknow University, he holds advanced degrees in Political Science, Philosophy, and Ancient Indian History, with postgraduate specialization in Police Management and Philosophy. His academic journey also includes programs at IIM Ahmedabad, ISB Hyderabad, IIT Mumbai, and the University of California.
A Special Operations Combat Instructor, Dr. Dwivedi served with distinction in some of India’s most challenging theatres—Assam, Kashmir, Punjab, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Bengal, and Arunachal Pradesh. He played a crucial role in thwarting the terrorist attack on the Srinagar Airbase and was among the elite officers who were in command and control of the Balakot operation.
Beyond the battlefield, his intellect led to the creation of innovative frameworks such as the Primitive AI Model, the Vijay Code Cipher System, and the Prizm Psychoanalysis Mechanism. His original subject, “Self Defence Science,” now being piloted in Indian schools, synthesizes martial discipline, neuroscience, and ancient ethical training.
Through his R&D ventures, he partners with the DRDO and Ministry of Defence on advanced aerospace and quantum projects. A regular voice in national media, Dr. Dwivedi serves as Executive Editor for three major news channels and has been recognized by the London Book of Records for leadership through his social organization, Kalki Sena.

Reimagining Indian Education for the Future

The launch event at the Defence Auditorium wasn’t merely about books—it symbolized a larger idea: that India’s future lies in reclaiming its educational soul. As the audience echoed the author’s call for a “knowledge revolution rooted in dharma,” the atmosphere blended the discipline of a military assembly with the devotion of a cultural festival.
These six books, now available under the Bhartiya Shiksha Board’s imprint, reflect an educational movement where learning is not transactional but transformational. They seek to liberate young minds from digital distraction, inspire them toward self-development, and align education with national reconstruction.
The initiative by the Bhartiya Shiksha Board and BSAP has been hailed as a turning point in India’s intellectual journey, proving that education need not borrow its soul from the West—it can evolve from the strength, spirit, and science of Bharat itself.
